MISSED CUT-OFF?
Always advise our CCR's if your freight is in a big rush. There have been times when customers have needed something to go out on the next run even though they have missed the cut-off. If soon enough after, CCR's can contact the driver and ask them if there is any way they can get your freight. Depending on the volume or spread of deliveries, we will do whatever we can to accommodate your need. In the past, customers have met the driver with freight, the driver happened to be running late and was next door to the customer calling, the driver had left town and turned around to go and get the freight. If there is no adverse effect to commitments already made, we will do what we can.
TELL CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE YOU ARE IN A RUSH
Sometimes the freight industry implies "when it gets there, it gets there". That is not the case with CarGo West. Due to our service being based on "Get it, "FAST"", If drivers know you are in a rush for your freight, they will often re-route their day to make sure your freight arrives quicker than normal. Obviously, not every one can be first stop, but we can try to arrange our route in the order that will accommodate your urgency.
